凯时AG登录入口是经教育部批准、由辽宁大学与英国德蒙福特大学（De Montfort University，简称“德大”)合作、香港新华集团支持的中外合作办学机构。学院的办学目标是培养英语能力出色、专业素质过硬、熟悉国际规则、从事高级管理工作的国际化、复合型人才。学院于2004年开始招生，2007年7月，根据《教育部关于辽宁省中外合作办学机构和项目复核结果的通知》，通过了教育部的首次评估。2014年通过了英方每六年一次的评估，被认定为办学符合QAA标准的学院。2016年10月，学院再次通过教育部本科及以上层次中外合作办学评估。2018年，在教育部本科教学工作审核评估中获得专家好评。

英国德蒙福特大学在英国教学卓越框架TEF评选中名列前三名，获得金奖；其管理学、经济学专业在全英学生满意度调查中排名第一，会计学专业全英排名第四。辽宁大学工商管理专业、市场营销专业是重点建设的国家级一流本科专业。按照机构申报时的要求，辽宁大学与香港新华集团开展合作，在北京、广州、沈阳、香港、越南胡志明市等地设立了学生实习基地，并设有新华集团蔡冠深奖学金及赴国（境）外实习基金。

学院开设会计学、工商管理和市场营销三个本科专业；招收跨国公司管理和文化创意产业管理等学术型硕士研究生以及会计学专业硕士研究生。

SunwahInternational Business School of Liaoning University is a Sino-foreign cooperative school approved by the Ministry of Education, co-operated by Liaoning University and De Montfort University (UK), and supported by Hong KongSunwahGroup. The goal of the college is to cultivate international and inter-disciplinary talents with excellent English ability, excellent professional quality, familiar with international rules and engaged in senior management. The college began to enroll students in 2004 and passed the first evaluation of the Ministry of Education in July 2007 according to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on the Review Results of Chinese-Foreign Cooperatively-run Schools and Projects in Liaoning Province. In 2014, it passed the assessment of the British side every six years and was recognized as a college that meets the QAA standard. In October 2016, the College passed the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative education at the undergraduate level and above of the Ministry of Education. In 2018, it was praised by experts in the audit and evaluation of undergraduate teaching by the Ministry of Education.

De Montfort University in the UK was awarded the Gold medal for being among the top three in the TEF. The majors of management and economics ranked first in the survey of student satisfaction in the UK, and the majors of accounting ranked fourth in the UK. The major of Business Administration and Marketing in Liaoning University is a national first-class undergraduate program. According to the requirements of institutional application, Liaoning University has cooperated with Hong KongSunwahGroup, set up student internship bases in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City and other places, and set upSunwahGroup CAI Guan Shen Scholarship and overseas internship fund.

The school offers three undergraduate programs: Accounting, Business Administration andMarketing. It also offers academic master's degree candidates in multinational company management and cultural and creative industry management, as well as master's degree candidates in accounting.
